    How to Find Properties and Clients

    Want to grab information on a property before hopping behind the wheel? You got it. 

    For a quick search of a person or property, click "Discover" from the PropertyRadar app's Main menu, then tap "Lookup" at the bottom of the Discover screen.

    You can also define your search criteria using these steps:

    1. Tap on "Search" within the Discover screen, then select "Add Criteria" to open the Add Criteria screen.

    1. You can add multiple criteria to refine your list. The number of search results based on your criteria is displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.

    1. After finalizing your search results, you can view them in different formats and take action on properties. Tap on a property to access its Property and Owner Profile.

    4.  When you're satisfied with your search results, select “Make List" in the upper-right corner of the Discover screen.

    5.  Name your list and choose whether to include Monitoring, Insights, and Automations. Finally, click "Make List" to add to "My Lists," which will allow you to organize and track your leads more effectively, straight from your PropertyRadar account.

    A good rule of thumb? Don't plan to visit 100 properties or more in a single Driving for Dollars tour. Use the Discover and Make a List features on the PropertyRadar app to save potential properties you plan to visit. 

    We recommend organizing your list into groups of 30 properties or fewer, which you can feasibly visit in a single day or evening. This ensures you have enough time to thoroughly assess each property.

    To make things easier, outline specific areas using the polygon tool in Map View to create a geofence around the locations you plan to drive through during an afternoon, evening, or day-long excursion.
