Why do we charge for email when we are using the user's own email account?
We don’t charge for sending emails, we charge for templates, variable data, unsubscribe, and results tracking. The cost of which increases as volume increases.
Why do you only support one email address for teams and business accounts that have multiple members?
PropertyRadar built this feature as a business marketing service, not a personal email service. As such, it should be connected to a business email account, and used for marketing the business. We recommend setting up and maintaining a marketing email account separate from any personal email accounts. This is especially important when sending many emails, as the account could get suspended if an email triggers too many SPAM complaints and the member would not want that to interrupt their ability to get important personal emails.
Can users edit templates that have been used in an active campaign or automation?
Yes, with a warning that the change will impact current campaigns or automations.
Will users need to purchase/add emails first and then proceed with the email marketing?
Yes, if a user hasn’t purchased the emails in a list they’re emailing, the summary page will show 0 recipients
If automations hit the daily send limit, will automations get disabled?
No if they hit the daily send limit, the remaining emails just continue being queued for send when limits allow.
What will happen to queue emails if an admin disconnects the email account? What will happen to statistics?
Queue and stats will both remain. Queue will continue sending once an account is reconnected. Stats may continue to change based on unsubscribed, etc from earlier emails.
Will the Admin be able to save/update Daily Email Limits and Signatures without having a connected account?
Yes. And other features should continue to work even if no account is connected. However, users will not be able to queue new emails without first connecting an account.
